You can submit a return request through the returns portal. Full priced items are eligible for returns and if package protection is purchased at checkout, the return shipping cost will be covered. You can see the full return policy here.

Where can I submit a claim for lost or damaged items?

We offer package protection at checkout for full coverage of lost and damaged orders. You can visit the claims portal to start the claims process. Our team reviews each claim individually and will respond with a decision within 2 business days.
