Where can I submit a claim for lost or damaged items?We offer package protection at checkout for full coverage of lost and damaged orders. You can visit the claims portal to start the claims process. Our team reviews each claim individually and will respond with a decision within 2 business days.
Can I exchange products purchased from a third-party reseller?We are only able to process returns or exchanges if the product was ordered via our website or directly from us. Unfortunately, we cannot handle exchanges or returns for products purchased through third-party resellers.
