You can submit a return request through the returns portal.
Full priced items are eligible for returns and if package protection is purchased at checkout, the return shipping cost will be covered.
To ensure everything is handled accurately, please note that it can take up to 14 business days for returns and claims to be fully processed.
There is no need to take any further action. We will automatically send you a confirmation email with your refund, store credit, or replacement details the moment it is finalized.
