Select "Manage subscriptions"

Select "Manage Subscription" on the subscription you'd like to change

Select "Swap Product" and choose the item you'd like to receive

Note: Choosing a new item may change the cost of your order. Editing a subscription will not cancel any orders that have already processed. Swapping products will change future orders, unless you swap the product again.
