International Sales Terms:
We’ve partnered with Passport Global, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or nominated agents (“Passport”), to facilitate the sale and delivery of orders to select international markets. Passport acts as the Seller of Record for importing your low-value consignments/products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms for the European Union,United Kingdom, Australia,New Zealand, and Switzerland.
EU:EU T&C
Special Routing: No Express to Spain, Italy, Portugal
Prohibited: Canary Islands, Majorca
Australia: Australia T&C
- Australian customs has implemented a 90 day supply limit on supplements for personal consumption. That means we are only able to allow customers to order 3 of the same product (including flavor variants!) or the shipment will be rejected by customs. In order to check out you will have to ensure you have 3 or less of the same products in your cart. Thank you!
- Shipments over $1000 AUD require formal custom clearance (~$150 custom clearance fees)
- Returns and refunds for Australian and New Zealand customers are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which guarantee repairs, replacements, or refunds for faulty or misdescribed goods and cannot be excluded by contract.
New Zealand: New Zealand T&C
- You must not say “no warranties, no refunds” for AU or NZ consumers — ACL and NZ consumer law guarantee certain remedies that can’t be waived.
