Everything bought during the BFCM sale (November 4 to December 1, 2026) is final sale. We can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and there's no extended holiday return window.

Damaged, wrong or quality issue

If your order arrives damaged, wrong or with a quality issue, we'll still take care of it. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll and we'll take care of it.
