Yes, most products are! Through our partnership with Truemed, customers can pay for their Promix purchase with HSA/FSA funds.

What are FSA and HSA accounts?

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) let customers set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses. If they’re unsure whether they have one, direct them to check with their employer or insurance provider.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card at Promix?

We don’t recommend checking out directly with an HSA/FSA card. For compliance, customers should use the Truemed payment option at checkout instead.

How long does reimbursement take?

Typically, expenses are approved within a few days after submitting a claim, but timing depends on the customer’s administrator.

Can I use Truemed for subscriptions?

Not yet — Truemed is currently available for one-time purchases only.
